Richard Turvey is the Owner of Visibility, a provider of risk management services to asset based lenders and advice to Directors of SMEs on how to optimise their banking and cash flow facilities. Visibility is a joint venture with Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 2011 Corporate Recovery Firm of the Year.

Previously, Richard worked for LTSB Commercial Finance for 23 years where he was Head of Invoicing Discounting in the North, responsible for £100m of facilities and had an underwriting discretion of £1m. A natural leader, Richard regularly led teams through change programmes at LTSB Bank Plc and in 2008 was selected for its Group Leadership Development Programme.

Richard is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the membership body for the Chartered Secretary profession and the World’s leading authority on governance and compliance.

Richard is proud to be a Trustee and the Treasurer of BHA (formally Black Health Agency), a Manchester-based health and social care charity. He is also a Member of the Manchester and Cheshire Advisory Group of Common Purpose, a provider of leadership development courses which mix people from the private, public and not for profit sectors.

Originally from Brackley in Northamptonshire, Richard has lived in Manchester for 13 years, is a lifelong Arsenal supporter and Veterans rugby player.
